Worcestershire Karate Squad succeeded in leaving their mark at the Mid Ulster Open Karate Championships, held in Northern Ireland, with an outstanding display of talent and sportsmanship. The squad's exceptional performance saw them clinch an impressive total of 13 Golds, 9 Silvers, and 6 Bronze medals, solidifying their reputation as formidable competitors!
The Worcestershire Karate Squad's remarkable achievements at the championships were a testament to their unwavering dedication and relentless training. Each member of the team showcased exemplary skill and determination. Beyond the medals and accolades, what truly stood out at the championships was the squad's impeccable sportsmanship. Despite the intensity of the competition, the Worcestershire Karate Squad members conducted themselves with grace, respect, and humility, embodying the true essence of martial arts. Their camaraderie, encouragement of one another, and support for their fellow competitors did not go unnoticed, earning them the admiration and respect of all in attendance. So much so, that, Sensei Katrina was awarded the "Coach of the Day". As a squad we couldnt have asked for more and watching this incredible team trive and grow is reward in itself.
