FAQ'S

What age can my child start?

Classes are suitable from the ages of 4+ and families. We do find when parents join in with the children that the child benefits more from the training and not to mention its a great bonding experience.

Do you have adult only classes?

No, we specialise in teaching children so we don't currently run any adult classes

​

What should I/my child wear?

To start with just come in something easy to move in like sports clothes- jogging bottoms and a T-shirt

Do I need to bring anything?

Just a drink! you will need it

​

Do I need to sign up straight away?

No, we always suggest that you try out a few sessions first to make sure the club is the right fit for you first. If you/your child loves it then we can discuss getting your membership sorted

How do I pay?

We don't currently have a card machine, so we accept cash or bank transfer

Which classes are suitable for a beginner?

Any of our beginner classes! Mondays 6-7pm, Tuesday 7-8pm, Wednesday 6-7pm, Saturday 10-11am

Can my child join if they have severe ASD?

Yes, however we may suggest that you join in with them. All children benefit from their parents joining in and those on the Autism Spectrum especially so- having someone familiar that they trust can really help.

Do you have any spaces?

Yes! Just come along we don't mind, our busiest days are Tuesdays & Saturdays but even then we have enough spaces thanks to our dedicated coaching team.

​Do you offer trial sessions?

Yes, the first session is free after that its £7 a session.

​

Are lessons on during half term?

Yes, we only close on Bank Holidays due to the venue being shut. We also close for 2 weeks in summer and 2 weeks at Christmas. If we do close any time we would let you know.

​

Can parents stay and watch?

Yes! In fact we prefer it. Parental support is key to any child's development in sport.
