KHION WAZA- BASIC TECHNIQUES

TIE OBI-    Tying your own belt

JUNZUKI-                             Step forward punch to stomach height- zenkutzudatchi stance.

AYUMI ASHI JODAN UKE-   Step forward head block- zenkutzudatchi stance

AYUMI ASHI GEDAN BARAI- Step forward Lower Block- zenkutzudatchi stance

SONOBA SOTO UKE-           Performed in Jigotai, Outer block

NUKI ZUKI-                           Knife hand strike performed in Shikodatchi

The following techniques are to be performed in the stance HAMAE GAMAE- Fighting stance

MAEGERI CHUDAN-            Front Kick to stomach height and moving forward

KATA- Karate patterns

Pinan Nidan-    

The first Wado Kata consisting of 23 moves, student would be required to remember the sequence by themselves with little to no help. May have support if SEN required.

KUMITE WAZA- FIGHTING TECHNIQUES

All of the following techniques are to be performed in the stance HAMAE GAMAE- Fighting stance

KIZAMI-         Front hand jab towards chin height followed by an immediate switch of stance 

MAWASHIGERI- Round house kick off the back leg to stomach height, foot lands in front and then push backwards to defend and move away

UCHI UKE-     Front hand parry, small movement backwards

KUMITE WAZA- FIGHTING TECHNIQUES

All of the following techniques are to be performed in the stance HAMAE GAMAE- Fighting stance

BOUNCING-   Student is in fighting stance and bouncing- feet wide as jigotai

KIZAMI-         Front hand jab towards chin height

KATA

KUMITE
