SOTO UKE, GYAKUZUKI (KATA VERSION)- Step out sideways and perform a sotouke, stand up for the gyakuzuki
KHION WAZA- BASIC TECHNIQUES
SHUTO UKE- Knife hand block
YOKO MAEGERI, TETSUI, EMPI- Front kick sideways, side of fist strike, elbow strike
MAEGERI, DROP BLOCK, STRIKE, STAND UP TETSUI- As per Kushanku
KETTE NIDOZUKI- Front Kick, followed by X2 punches
The next technique is to be performed in HAMAE GAMAE- Fighting stance
