All of the following techniques are to be performed in the stance HAMAE GAMAE- Fighting stance

GYAKUZUKI JODAN, AYUMI ASHI GYAKUZUKI JODAN, AYUMI ASHI GYAKUZUKI CHUDAN- Opposite punch to the head, step through, opposite punch to the head, step through opposite punch to stomach height

TSUGI ASHI MAWASHIGERI JODAN, MAWASHIGERI JODAN KEKAESHI- Step up and double round house kick to head height

GYAKYZUKI CHUDAN, KIZAMI, LEAN BACK MAWASHIGERI JODAN- Opposite punch, front hand jab, lean back and with front foot perform a round house kick

 

KUMITE- Fighting drills & sparring

KUMITE DRILLS- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8

KUMITE- Sparring against opponent for 2 minutes
