SOTO UKE, GYAKUZUKI (KATA VERSION)- Step out sideways and perform a sotouke, stand up for the gyakuzuki
KHION WAZA- BASIC TECHNIQUES
SHUTO UKE- Knife hand block
180 TURN INTO SHOMEN- Performing a sotouke
HIZAGERI- Knee Strike
GYAKUZUKI NO TSUKKOMI- Lower leaning opposite punch
The following techniques are to be performed in HAMAE GAMAE- Fighting stance

NIDOGERI- Jumping double kick

The sixth Wado Kata consisting of 64 moves, student would be required to remember the sequence by themselves with little to no help. May have support if SEN required.

FORWARD ROLL- Performed at crouching or standing level
BACKWARD FALL- Performed at crouching or standing level
SIDEWAYS FALL- Performed at crouching or standing level
KUMITE WAZA- FIGHTING TECHNIQUES
All of the following techniques are to be performed in the stance HAMAE GAMAE- Fighting stance
GYAKUZUKI JODAN, AYUMI ASHI GYAKUZUKI JODAN, AYUMI ASHI GYAKUZUKI CHUDAN- Opposite punch to the head, step through, opposite punch to the head, step through opposite punch to stomach height
TSUGI ASHI MAWASHIGERI JODAN, MAWASHIGERI JODAN KEKAESHI- Step up and double round house kick to head height
GYAKYZUKI CHUDAN, KIZAMI, LEAN BACK MAWASHIGERI JODAN- Opposite punch, front hand jab, lean back and with front foot perform a round house kick
KUMITE- Fighting drills & sparring
KUMITE DRILLS- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8
KUMITE- Sparring against opponent for 2 minutes
