COUNT TO 10 IN JAPANESE-  (1) Ichi, (2) Ni, (3) San, (4) Shi, (5) Go, (6) Roku, (7) Hichi, (8) Hachi, (9) Kyuu, (10) Juu.

Jigotai (Feet shoulder width apart

Chudan Tsuki (Punches to middle)

Jodan Tsuki (Punches to head)

Jodan Uke (Head blocks)

Gedan Barai (Low Blocks) 

Hamas Gamae (Fighting Stance)

Maegeri Chudan (Front kick and back into fighting stance on the spot)

Mawashigeri Chudan (Round house kick)

Sonoba Junzuki (On the spot, step forward punch)

Mawatte Jodan uke/gedan barai (turns with head/low blocks)

KUMITE WAZA- FIGHTING TECHNIQUES

All of the following techniques are to be performed in the stance HAMAE GAMAE- Fighting stance

BOUNCING-   Student is in fighting stance and bouncing- feet wide as jigotai

KIZAMI-         Front hand jab towards chin height, would like to see more movement

KUMITE WAZA- FIGHTING TECHNIQUES

All of the following techniques are to be performed in the stance HAMAE GAMAE- Fighting stance

BOUNCING-   Student is in fighting stance and bouncing- feet wide as jigotai

KIZAMI-         Front hand jab towards chin height
