TEAM LEADER AWARD
With this award comes great responsibility, as this award is just the beginning of becoming a WadoKai Worcester coach! If you collect stars in the following categories you may be eligible to earn the Team leader Pin Badge and certificate. From here your training will begin by helping to take sections or warm ups/activities and learn to coach from an assistant coach.

This award is presented to those who have achieved 90% attendance for each third of year. This will only be available to students who consistently come to two or more session a week.
EXCELLENT EFFORT AWARD
This award is presented to those who have consistently achieved the score of 3 for the majority of training sessions. This will only be available to students who consistently come to two or more session a week.
SMARTY AWARD
This award is presented to those who have stood out to coaches throughout the year for displaying knowledge/understanding beyond their grade and asking relevant questions in class.
BEST FRIEND AWARD
This warming award is presented to students who have been earning stars in the below categories, that highlight some great life skills for the future.
