Meet Sensei Freya, an outstanding karate athlete who has earned some of the highest accolades in Wado Karate over the years. Her unwavering passion excellence, both in herself and in her students, has established her as one of the top Wado athletes and coaches in the country. We are incredibly proud to have her as a valued member of our esteemed coaching team.

My Story

Sensei Freya trained alongside Sensei Katrina as part of the England Squad for many years, earning her place as a valued team member. Together they led the team to victory in the kata competitions multiple years in a row, inspiring not only the England team but also teams worldwide. After her successful career as a competitor, Freya embraced the role of coach for the Worcestershire Karate Squad. Since then, she has been dedicated to attending nearly all training sessions and competitions, both nationally and internationally, where she continues to excel in her coaching and roles.
